Of course! We will simply break down the square footage and apply it to your property, respecting the configuration canons of it.

What state does my property need to be in?

It needs to be free of furniture and anything else, but don’t worry, we can dissassemble and/or store your furnitures in a warehouse by agreement, and then reassemble them once the intervention is over.

Which are the structural conditions?

If foors, coatings and plinths are present we only proceed to eliminate what isn’t stable. For the remaining surfaces we’ll proceed by superimposing the new one on the old one using a special treatment that makes it possible to perfectly adhere.

Can I trust the result of superimposing the new one on the old one?

If the old floors and coatings are sound, we guarantee the result. This will be established during the visit. It’s in our interest for it to be the best result, we won’t ever suggest you to proceed if we consider it inappropiate.

Why do you suggest superimposing?

Simply because the same results are obtained by paying half the price.  The process of removal of the old floor, coating and slith is the most expensive part for the client, the manufacturing processes are laborious. Removing the old tiling, putting it in a bath for construction waste, paying the occupations for public land of the bath to the administrations, transport, construction waste delivery to a specialized center payed according to the weight, removing the old glue from the old pavement, level the surface, prepare the floor to new pavement, restore the plaster where the plinths were removed… You surely understand that theese are all operations that require time and money, they’re all avoidable expenses! You’ll meet a restructure expert, not a simple seller! A consultant that is well aware of the practical, functional and aesthetic side will be available to clarify your final vision of the restructuring.

How will the appointment unfold?

We’ll listen to your needs, building together the best fairness between investment and style. Regarding the quality you won’t have to worry, it’s a fondamental clause of all our works.

When will I receive the estimate?

During the appointment! Does it seem impossible? We’re equipped to immediately confirm how much you’ll spend, we don’t like to make you waste your time.

What characteristics and guarantees do your estimates have?

Our estimates are immediate, but have validity for 10 solar days from the emission date. If accepted during such period the price won’t change at all. If after the emission you’ll propose any changes you’ll receive the difference’s amount as quickly as possible, we’ll then proceeed only after your approval. We are committed to mantien the respect of the agreed preventive because we know how important it is form you to remain in the budget.

How does the estimate’s acceptance phase work?

You’ve got three possibilities!

• Accepting the estimate during the visit, paying everything in just one solution you’ll receive the maximum privileges: a 7% discount, that is to say 622,30€ on the entire preventive, bringing the offer at 8.267,70€, beginning of the constructions within 10 labour days. Ending of the construction period within 20 labour days guaranteed.
• Accepting the estimate during the visit, you will get a 3% discount, that is to say 266,70€, we will fix the start date immediately. And you will only anticipate € 1500 by credit card.
• Or you can accept during the 10 days validity of the quote with a bank payment of 30% of the total, in this case equal to 2.667,00€. Upon receipt of payment we will contact you to set start date of work.

And regarding the balance?

If you didn’t choose the option that provides the 7% discount we’ll divide the remaining sum between two rates within the period of the work’s realization.

When will the constructions start and finish?

• Regarding the formula with the advanced payment and the 7% discount, it is guaranteer that the constructions will start within 10 laboural days since the payment, and they’ll end within 20 laboural days. Anyway, in case the process will be superior compared to the one provided in the offer, the realization times, that we are committed to respect, will be notified to you.
• In the formula that provides the 3% discount you’ll still have fast-lane regarding the start and ending’s timing, that are aproximately 20/25 labour days to start, and 20/25 days to finish. Anyway, in case the process will be superior compared to the one provided in the offer, the realization times, that we are committed to erspect, will be notified to you.
• Regarding the third option we will define the times together.
